There are all sorts of contexts in which we can look at the Bible together. It doesn't have to be at youth group. The Colossians studies and some questions which are useful for looking at any passage are still here::

be transformed by the renewing of your... (Romans 12:1-2)

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. Colossians 2:6&7 NIV

from colossians
Our great God and heavenly Father,
thank you for my Christian friends at youth group:
.that they trust in Jesus and love each other
.that they know they’re going to heaven and understand God’s kindness
We thank you that the gospel is bearing fruit and growing among us.

Please help us to grow in the knowledge of your will
so that we will live a life worthy of you:

.bearing fruit in every good work
.growing in the knowledge of you
.being strengthened with all power to be patient and endure
.joyfully giving thanks for what Jesus has done.

Our great God…
.help us to devote ourselves to prayer
.give us the chance to talk to people about the gospel and enable us to explain it clearly
.make us wise in the way we act towards outsiders and
help us to make an impact by always talking Christianly.
